The Brand symbol were designed from the creation of constructive structures that follow the Golden Ratio logic: 1,618 = Φ (golden number of Fibonacci´s sequence)
The Logotype position in relation to the Brand symbol follows the spatial logic of the Golden Ratio as well.
The typography spacing (kerning) also uses the Golden Ratio for spatial distribution.

Among the design and text department at Época magazine there was an expression called "faz caber", which means "makes fits“. It is a saying for journalists who could no longer (or did not want to) do any more editing on their texts, so that we, the design department, had to do our magic to reconcile text and image in the editorial design. This expression became also the name of the design department online-blog on Época magazine's website.

of their logo. Condition was to
keep the brand’s colors lilac and yellow.
I created five options for the client to choose.
